This husband and wife team are exceptional at what they do. I was remodeling a house I was getting ready to sell and was so happy with the work, the speed and the communication I received. Great experience. Prompt communication, fair price, regular updates, and attention to detail. Hired Abraham to do major construction of extensive new office partition walls in a commercial building as well as ADA bathroom upgrades. All completed with care and on time. Where do I start? I can't say enough good things about Abraham and the quality of his work. I found Abraham through my realtor. Abraham came in on the heels of unfinished construction work. He basically had to finish up on renovation work on the downstairs. I was putting my house up for sale and so much needed to be done. Not only is he masterful, skilled and precise - his demeanor is above and beyond. Patient, kind, exact. Each and everything he touched came out impeccably. I can never thank him enough for the work he did at my house over a 4 month period of time last year. My house sold because of Abraham's work. After I sold my houise and left town he came over to do a few yard tasks that had to wait until me and my cats had left. Hiring Abraham will be your smartest decision.

Abraham has serious craftsman skills. I needed a job finished that was started by someone else flooring, a railing with newels, posts and custom fabricated wall railing. He did an amazing job. Specifically the wall railing from a drawing and some pictures. My old house and walls are not straight. The way he mounted it you donâ t see any hardware. Itâ s All maple and it beautiful. Even though it was more work than expected on top of his estimate he didnâ t ask for more money. I gave him more but probably not enough. I hired him and another partners company to do a window install of custom windows following and also excellent job. I wish could hire him to do more work on my home but have to save up!

I hired another contractor who made me a disaster for not following the plans and someone recommended me to Lerma's construction who reconstructed everything again fixing all the damages and finishing my project which was fascinated with the results, they are very professional in what they do, responsible and transparent throughout the process, I would not think about hiring this company again!
