I hired this Company because my garage door was making a loud noise, and I specifically asked the technician to diagnose and repair that issue. On June 6, 2026, I was charged $511.81 for the installation of reinforcement struts. Unfortunately, the garage door continues to make the same noise it was making before the repair. When I contacted the company, I was told that the technician now recommends an additional service that would cost $450. What concerns me is that I was charged over $500 for a repair that did not resolve the problem I originally called about. Had I been clearly informed that the reinforcement struts would not fix the noise, I would not have authorizing the work. To make matters worse, the company advised me that the warranty is useless and they consider the job complete, even though the original problem remains unresolved. The technician finished the work promptly but I am disappointed in the service. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this company.

This company provided a written estimate which I approved in writing. The bid was to remove and replace an overhead garage door opener for a swing open solid garage door. Two days later a company representative called and told me the tech who had come to the home and evaluated what needed to be done had made a "mistake" and said they needed to send another tech out to make a corrected bid. I declined and sent them a letter via email demanding that they honor their contractual obligation to complete the work at the agreed price and that the job was urgent. After hearing nothing for two days I hired a different company which gave me an even better price. Then they called asking to schedule the job with a new tech who presumably would rebid and I explained they were in violation of their contract and the rules of the State Contractor's Licensing Board, and further that I would complain to that body and to the BBB about their conduct. Classic bait and switch.
