"Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with your characterization of the service provided. When our technician inspected the door, he identified damaged and bowed panels that were flexing during operation. After discussing the available options, reinforcement struts were installed to stabilize the damaged sections and help prevent further deterioration of the door. The repair was completed successfully, and there has been no indication that the installed reinforcement has failed. Following your concerns, we requested a video of the door in operation so we could further evaluate the condition being reported. Unfortunately, we did not receive the requested information. Garage doors, particularly older doors with existing wear and damage, can produce operational noise even after a specific repair has been completed. While we understand your frustration, the work that was authorized and performed addressed the damaged panels identified during the inspection. We remain willing to review any video documentation of the current condition and provide our professional assessment."
