Franko is perhaps the most professional and masterful plumber I have worked with. He communicates well what needs to be fixed, how he will do it, and his rate is fair. And he is proactive in ensuring there are no future problems that may develop when he examines pipes, connections, etc. Even my dogs, circling, seem to enjoy his work!
