ProKool installed a dehumidifier and fresh air intake on our existing system, plus they fixed and repositioned our UV system so it would work more effectively, serviced both our air conditioners and ran a sterillzation compund through our existing duct work to be sure any mold or bacteria was eliminated. From Kim in the office to the technicians in the field, we were very happy with our service from ProKool.

After another AC company said they wouldn’t do duct work in the summer, I was worried that I wouldn’t find anyone to fix my duct work which was costing me hundreds over a reasonable rate every month. I found ProKool here on Home Advisor, and they called me instantly... after 6:30pm on a week day. They came out within two days. My tech was “D”, and he was awesome. He was super professional and worked tirelessly to make sure all of my duct work was repaired. I had called to fix one or two breaks in the duct work which D fixed. He also found more problem areas and repaired everything. After spending all day in my tremendously hot attic (Florida in August), Be went on to do all of the maintenance service on both of my systems for no charge beyond the already agreed to price. Amazing company.

Fast, friendly, efficient. PRO KOOL was exceptional.

My air conditioner is located behind my home and unfortunately it was swampy because we have had so much rain. They waded in and fixed my a/c and were courteous and efficient. I would hire them again without reservation.
