Extremely knowledgeable about pools and filters as well. Our pool was green and we couldnâ t get the chemicals balanced. They came and vacuumed and put the necessary amount of chemicals in the pool and also backwashed and set a new time and power. Explained everything in laymenâ s terms and were so helpful in explaining what was done and why. I will be using them weekly going forward. They were awesome!!! Highly recommend. Also prices were very reasonable!

Jen and Kelly are the absolute best. Honest, knowledgeable, thorough- you couldnâ t ask for a more dedicated or trustworthy team. Weâ ve had several pool repair an electricians come out to see if they could get our circa 1970â s in ground pool light working - not a one could even diagnose the problem. Jen and Kelly did it no problem. They went the extra mile to track down compatible parts, worked to keep costs down, even spent hours rooting out a messed up bonding wire that saved us from having to jack hammer up our pool patio. We will never call anyone else again, they have found lifelong clients in us for sure!

Excellent serive!!!! I was looking on Angi's list for affordable pool repair services, and Jen from Proline Pools was the only person who actually called me. She was super friendly and came right out to my house to give me an estimate!! She worked up the numbers and had a quote written up for me the same night! As soon as she got the supplies, she came out to fix the pool the next day! Afterwards, I had a few questions about a few things, so I called her and she HAPPILY walked me through a few things until it all made sense to me. These two women who serviced my pool were awesome. They took a pea green pool and turned it into a sparkling pool overnight. They pinpointed the problem and advised me on what to do. They are not there to rip you off. A bargain for anyone looking for pool service.

Excellent service. The Pro Line staff were very cooperative and willing to meet the specific (and challenging) needs we had in setting up the plumbing for our above-ground pool (filter, solar heater, pad for the filter, opening for the summer, etc.). Very highly recommended!!!
