Truck or Container Rental Service
If I could give negative stars I could give them a dozen. The ONLY positive thing I can say is that two of the three men who were involved were courteous. The move itself was an absolute nightmare. They caused damage in both my former and current houses (for which they did send me a small compensation, although not enough to have the damage repaired) and the damage to my belongings was outrageous. Furniture was damaged, broken and, in some instances, destroyed. Boxes were "packed" by just dumping drawers into the box and taping it shut. When my things were delivered, they were filthy and MANY boxes were so smashed and damaged it looked like they drug them behind the truck. Then, after months for them to review my damage claim, 95% of the claim was "respectfully denied" because it "was not due to the mover's mishandling". THEN WHO ELSE HANDLED IT?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are anything BUT "professional". Save yourself frustration and heartbreak.

I would leave Zero stars if possible. Do Not Use this company, their phone number does not work, their office is abandoned. They do not show up on time, or respond at all in a timely manner. We scheduled for movers to unload our moving truck. Arrival time was between 8 and 10am. We could not get ahold of anyone through email or phone call, nobody was in their office. I was already halfway done moving myself when the movers finally arrived unannounced at 1130. They worked for 1 hour and we were charged for 3. They even had the audacity to ask for a tip after such abysmal service!

They charged our credit card twice for the service and never refunded it. We tried to dispute it through our credit card company, but whenever they do investigation, they and their CC processing company (Square) claim that it was a valid transaction. When talking with us they say they would either refund it via check, or they will clarify it through Square, or that Square has already charged them for refunding it to us, but they do not provide any proof. Whenever we call the office we are talking to a person who cannot help and says that they conveyed the message to the owner. When talking to the owner he never can help on the spot, but says that he is not in the office or he needs to check something in the system. But he never calls back, we need to keep reaching to them. Sure, mistakes happen, we understand. But the way they are handling this situation is completely unprofessional both from communication and results perspective. It has been almost a year since the move.

This is the second time I used Pro Movers Express. Quality of service, great value for the money, quote was accurate, no last minute charges. Workers were friendly and knew what to do with very little direction. They arrived and finished on time. I was very happy they were still in Florida working. Will definitely use them again.

It started by me overpaying for my services. I forgot about the deposit that I paid and it took me several calls and text messages to get my money refunded. I also spoke to them about damage to my tv and few other things. He asked me to send pictures and have not responded to any of my text or calls since. Bad way to do business and I will never recommend this company. Angel and his crew smashed so many of my boxes it was ridiculous

They showed up 5 hours late for an appointment. Then once they finally Finished getting me packed and moved they stood outside my complex and smoked weed before moving me to my next place. Once they were **high enough**. I had to wait for them to get to the storage unit. Five or six guys moved me out of my apartment. 2 guys moved me into my storage unit. It took them longer than 3 hours but they did me a favor cuz they were late and only charged me for the 3 hours. You read that correctly. The boss or guy in charge had some sketchy people meet him and then once he got my signature (before the work was finished) and payment, I saw him walking down the street. I am not using them again.

Hands down the fastest, most polite people you could hire. They saved us when another mover bailed. They keep you updated every step of the way, the price is better than most other movers. DO NOT USE THEM! Absolutely the worst! Please read reviews and think about it. The movers themselves are nice and respectful, but they did damage some of the things which included a 75 inch TV that is unfixable. Called them, texted them, email them. They said that they have 30-90 days to review our claim. So on the 89th day, you know what we got an email from them saying they would give us 46.00 for the TV. Now I know,TVs are cheaper and you can get one for couple hundred bucks but 46.00 Are you serious? Yes, they are so their â insuranceâ is .60 cents per pound doesnâ t matter the value of the item. So they can literally break whatever they want and not pay for it. I really wish I would of listen to other reviews instead of listening to them make excuses! Please, do not make the same mistake I made!

"First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that the customer may have experienced. It is never our intention for our customers to be less than satisfied with our services. CSI's role explanation: Claims Service International (CSI) is not an insurance company and the customer's claim filed is not an insurance claim. CSI is a 3rd party claims company hired by movers nationwide to determine the movers' legal liability for household goods claims. $0.60 per Lb. Per Article Free of Charge: We offer customers the free of charge coverage of $0.60 per lb. per article as required per federal regulations. Any additional coverage is not free of charge and must be paid for. The office was not contacted by the customer at the time of pickup to discuss the fact that the driver is not allowing the customer to choose a Full Value Protection. If the customer would have contacted the office at the time of pickup we could have made the changes to the Bill of Lading governing their move. Most customers do choose the $0.60 per lb. per article as it is free of charge and helps to keep the move costs lower. Customer Referred to Claims Company: The customer was referred to our claims service provider CSI to file a proper claim as required by the law. The customer was sent login information on 04/22/21 to file a claim online. The customer submitted said claim on 04/28/21. Her claim was worked on and a settlement was sent to her on 06/08/21 which is in no way 89 days. We did offer the customer $200 which was above our legal liability, however, that offer was made as a gesture of goodwill as the customer did not purchase the Full Value Valuation option. we trust that the above explanation enables them to better understand our position in this matter."
