PROPS Consulting, LLC

I hired them. They never called to schedule for the install, but they called to cancel a install they called to schedule in the first place. They install black gutters, over sprayed all over house and left it. They left a lot of my old gutters on the ground. They said they would cleaned everything up but did not. The big thing is I just put in a 10.000 thousand dollar driveway, their trucks leak oil over my driveway, from one end to the other. I called the owner to complain, I told him what had happen to my driveway, he said he would pay for a re coating on my drive, but the drive is to new to do right now I cannot let him do my drive way, it would void my warranty. Then I ask him for quote on siding and a price break from all the damage he did to my home. After all, that it took one week for answer back I called many times. This Company should not be able to serve anyone.

We had a leak into our house at our sliding doors. PROPS was able to come out to give an estimate in a timely and professional manner. The pricing was fair for the job. They were also able to schedule the repair quickly. When they came out they found where the leak was quickly and gave me two options on how to repair it. I never felt pressured to take the more expensive option and they were able to discuss the pros and cons of each option. They then repaired the leak quickly and it looks perfect. I will definitely use this company again if I need to and would recommend them without hesitation.

Always prompt and work gets started and is done on time.

I am very pleased with him and his crew! They did a beautiful, large enough job and they did it quickly and on time. When they finished up, I was very happy with their work. I would highly recommend them.
