Failure to provide promised warranty repair of defective installation. Pro Superior replaced the siding on my house and as part of the project they reinstalled the chimney cap on my chimney. During January's heavy rains, I discovered rain had leaked from the top of my fireplace (see photo attached) onto my hardwood floor. I hired a chimney inspection company to find the source of the leak, and that's when I discovered that Pro Superior had left four open nail holes in the top horizontal surface of my chimney cap (see photos attached). I immediately contacted Pro Superior to advise them of their defective installation of my chimney cap. Despite repeated assurances from Pro Superior's employee, Brogen Johnson, that they would correct the defect by properly installing a new chimney cap, they still have not done so. It has been nearly FIVE MONTHS that I have waited for Pro Superior to perform the promised warranty repair work, and I have run out of patience.

Short d/t 999 limit. We chose ProSup. because of Hardie website recommendation, bid & reviews. Sergio & Dan did bid. Yaro was project manager. Crew spoke little English & kept saying it would look good. We wanted good looks & proper install for water & fire. Used Google,ChatGPT, & a friend to translate. Yaro ghosted me. Sergio stepped in. New foam roof was drilled into w/o consulting us. Instead of precise siding cuts, they used caulk to fill spaces & covered broken & over-nailed panels with battens. No vacuum was used on dust from Hardie boards & it was swept dry, sending residue all over. Belly band was improperly flashed & they had to fix. Paint was over sprayed on door, gate, light fixtures & more. Gate ?fix? was to spraypaint w/o cleaning or prep. There were more issues, but I?ll leave it there. Without enough English to communicate, everyone suffers. It was frustrating & expensive. We do not recommend ProSuperior for b&b Hardie siding. Gave 1 star because Sergio tried to help

I found Pro Superior Construction via their billboard on 101/Bayshore in San Francisco. Before contacting them, I had another quote from a contractor for 280% of the cost that PSC quoted (2.8x another estimate) using the same James Hardie siding materials. Obviously I chose PSC based off this massive pricing advantage. One of their sales guys Dan came to take measurements and answer my questions, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dan was also timely with responding to my texts, which I appreciated.

I couldn't be happier with Pro Superior Construction. They replaced my existing cedar shingle siding with non-flammable James Hardie siding and it looks great! Their crew did an excellent job, Pro Superior's bid was very reasonable compared to other bids which I obtained, and everyone who I dealt with at the company were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

It does not get better than Pro Superior! They truly exceeded our expectations and I could not be happier! My home is now a gem! We hired Pro Superior Contractor to remove the cedar shingles from the house and detached garage. After teaming the shingles and tar paper, they applied a moisture barrier and then installed James Hardie fire resistant siding. The crew of five did an excellent job of installing the siding and the trim. They cleaned up after each day of work. We were extremely satisfied with the finished product of James Hardie siding and trim. I would highly recommend call Todd for an estimate. He was honest and explained everything we needed to know to move forward.

They are amazing people who take pride in their work. They are very professional, kind ,and respectful. They are always on time and work very hard from the moment they arrive until the moment they are done.

If you want the best quality at the lowest price for installing James Hardie Siding, you have found your contractor!! I had these guys remove all the siding on a 2 story house, sheet it with plywood and install the James Hardie siding. They did excellent work and saved me $25,000 over the other bids. I am bringing them back to do a second house. I think so much of this company that I loaned them the seed money they needed to start a huge government housing project. Quality, integrity and honesty, they are the whole package!

Very professional in manners and work. I feel confident I wonâ t have to call them back for minor repairs to my James Hardie siding. Perfect installation, including waterproofing at all seams. Listened to me, a non-professional, and did the work according to my internet research for a perfect job.
