Natalie came to my condo unit to fix a problem with my older air handler, which was not working. Natalie did get it operational, but explained the negative aspects of a 24 year old unit - so I am considering replacement and set that up for me to get a new quote.
I definitely appreciated Natalie’s explanations and truthfulness. I would definitely trust Natalie to service and even replace my unit and would recommend to all. Thank you.

We had to have the WH connected to a drain line for the over-pressure valve. The tech was very knowledgeable and got it done in short order. Price was fair. I'm an elec. estimator by trade and had the price they quoted in mind. They were however, 73 cents high. LOL

I had a shower faucet that was very difficult to turn on, was very loose and almost ready to fall off. The tech replaced the faulty cartridge and now it's so easy to turn the shower on. I recommend Pro-Tec to anyone needing plumbing service.

Technician was friendly, professional,thorough, and clean. He walked me through each phase of work needed and to be done. He was efficent. He handled emergency service on Saturday....hot water tank leaking and promised to resolve issue with tank Monday am as tank was special order. He returned Monday am with tank and installation was handled without a problem. Wore his mask as well.

Lots of miscommunication. Company called and said driver was there but I was in my driveway and he was not there. Showed up later, got another call saying he was there again. Cost was high for a 10 minute job.
