Same day response to my request to schedule water heater replacement. Was at my home the next day to assess the problem. The following day was the removal and replacement. Courteous and knowledgeable, made sure older materials were brought up to current code standards. He took away the old water heater so I wouldn t have to deal with it. Very good service.

Bill is a true professional and did an outstanding job for me. He is highly responsive and highly ethical when he conducts business. He handled all of the plumbing for me for a factory built five bedroom Cape Cod which is now up on Pilings. You can't go wrong working with Bill.I had a few emergency situations also such as installing outside water access for the Masons one day prior to pouring the slab. We had an appointment for Friday, the owner, Mr. Pendercast called me on Wednesday and said he was available Thursday. After a few questions he was able to determine what he needed to make the repairs. Then he was able to obtain all the materials, show up early and do three separate repairs within an hour. He and his assistant were extremely respectful and very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. Hire these guys, they are great!

I first called a plumber who was recommended by a friend (not to name names) but the plumber I called barely gave me the time of day and had no concern about my issue, or even me, being a potential new customer. I decided to search the web for a Manahawkin Plumber and came across P&R...Bill... I contacted Bill the owner of P&R Plumbing on Tuesday early afternoon.... Bill was easy to contact, great communication as far as the time he would be able to get to my house to survey the issue. He went out of his way to get to me the same day. He gave me a price and said if my schedule allowed, he would make me the first project the next next morning at 9AM to install a new Hot Water heater. At 9AM Wednesday morning, Bill along with Matt showed up and removed old water heater, installed New water heater and brought installation up to code. Hot water running by 10:30AM. I can easily say, Professional, Friendly, Courteous, and well worth the reasonable price for his service. P& R Plumbing gets a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating from me!!!
