Mitch is very detailed in his evaluation of the roof. I did a full roof maintenance with him and I am very happy with the work his guys did. Guys could have been a little better with their clean up. Found a nail in my driveway and it could have been swept or hosed down a little better, had area where there were dust piles. Overall extremely satisfied and would recommend this company

Contacted me promptly, estimated the job within 24 hrs of my request on HomeAdvisor. That was a Monday afternoon. Very informative, showed me pictures of the condition of my roof. Suggested options. Gained my trust. Very professional. Wednesday just 38 hours later, his crew was on site with all the materials they needed. Finished same day, shared pics of work in process and when completed. Again explained what they did. Left area spotless. Very professional crew, respectful and pleasant. I hope I won’t ever need his services again, but if so, PRS is my choice. Absolutely recommend! Mitch was extremely pleasant when he came to estimate the job. Showed pictures of what needed to be done and assured me his crew would go over all the roof to be sure everything was done. The guys were very nice and cleaned up everything afterwards. Plus I received pictures during the project and afterwards. I feel very comfortable now knowing that my roof is back in great shape and I would happily refer PRS Roofing to anyone at any time.

Mitch is very professional. He owns the company and gives the estimate. He does not do the work but he sends his best workers to do it. Photos are taken before, during and after the job was done. Price is quite high but reasonable for the job done. Everything listed on the work order was done nicely. Definitely commendable. I am very pleased.

I HAVE ABOUT 8 CONTRACTORS LOOK AT THE PROJECT.MOST HAD WAY TO HIGH OF A BID COSTS.MANY WANTED MORE THEN 10% OF COSTS UP FRONT,(BAD SIGN) BEFORE WORK BEGAN.A FEW LOOKED UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THE START AND UNINFORMED. SOME HAVE SAID THEY WHERE "TOTALY BONDED WITH WORKMANS COMP, FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE'S". WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE CCSLB#, IT WILL STATE THEY HAVE NO EMPLOYEE'S. AND DO NOT NEED WMC. HOWEVER, THERE IS THIS ONE COMPANY, THAT STOOD FROM ALL OF THE OTHERS." PRS ROOFING" AND I MUST SAY,I FORGOT THAT I HIRED THEM 30 YEARS AGO, WHEN I PURCHASED MY HOME."THAT WORK LASTED FOR ALL THOSE YEARS!". TOTALY PROFESSIONAL, TOOK CARE OF ALL THE PAPER WORK. EMPLOYEE'S VERY NICE. MOST OF ALL, I WAS NOT ASKED FOR ANY, UP FRONT MONEY, AT ALL. YES, THEY STARTED WORK ON TIME AND COMPLETED PROJECT ON TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR HIRE. THEIR COSTS VERY RESONABLE . THEIR VEHICLES HAVE THE COMPANY LOGO'S AND CL# ON THE DOOR, AND THEIR EMPLOYEE'S WEAR COMPANY SHIRTS.

Mitch came out the same day to look at my roof and gave a bid immediately. His employee Jose, showed up on time and did a great job explaining what he did after completing the job and cleaning up. Unfortunately, he had to come back out to work on the leaking area again after it rained. He fully explained what he and crew did to hopefully fix the problem. Was given a one year warranty for the repaired area.

Mitch and his guys we great! We had several spots that needed repaired and they took care of everything at a very reasonable price. They showed up right on time and cleaned up everything at the end of everyday. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are polite and courteous and very good at what they do! We will never use anyone else! They even went as far as to fix stuff (not included in the contract!), They replaced some boards and other stuff! THANK YOU MITCH AND TELL YOU GUYS THAKS AS WELL. Great customer service by Mitch. wanted two leaks fixed before painting ceilings. Located problem areas, along with other areas of concern...you always expect "upselling" I was aware of a few of the spotted problems, so expanded my project. Out to the house a few days later with a crew of four, finished in half day the next day. Looks great, but the first heavy rain will be the decider,
