I had a number of quotes given, all of them way too high, many from telemarketing companies just trying to get you hooked. Paid 2k deposit on 2/13/21 for a project that has not been started as of 8/12/21. Nic does not call or provide updates. When I call, he offers different and conflicting reasons project hasn't started , ie COVID, Car issues, project arrived and damaged, project never arrived. Extremely worried this project will never happen due to conflicting stories and lack of communication/updates.

40 minutes late, 41/2 hours to put a piece of board on door. Did not finish job will not call you back or text after many attempts to get him to finish, took bottom plate of front door home to supposedly shave a piece off but never came back to put on. Been reported to Angi for abandoning a job incomplete and for thief.

He hauled away all of the old materials and door and made sure that the outside and inside of the garage was as clean as it was when he first arrived. It was totally ready to just paint! Nic's workmanship, knowledge, and skills are above a 5 star rating. I would hire him again and again!!!

Nic was great to work with. Other pros with 5 star reviews on this site would not do the install because the replacement door was 4 inches wider than the opening of the old door and side panel. No issue for Nic and his team. After removing the old door he found there was no studs for the casing to attach to so he had to install studs. The door came out better than I could have hoped. He also does gates and I am going to get a security gate built and installed by him.

I had Nick from PSG, LLC fix our broken front door lock, everyone else just kept screwing it up more . This man is a hard-working honest and knows exactly how to fix locks, and handles on a door. This was a Fire hazard since we could not exit thru this front door! I would highly recommend Nick...He knows what to do and gets it done! These types of workers are extremely RARE😊
