Terrible - showed up first time on time and good work - after that, didn t show up second time and had to call several times to get anyone to show up - cancelled service after 3rd no show and they proceeded to bill me for services that never happened (no one showed up but they claimed they had)

"Performed 6 weekly services for this customer. Never heard from her till I sent the bill. Claims she only saw us twice. Guess she thinks pools stays clean and water stays balanced for 6 weeks on there own. It is a shame people like this can slander a reputable company. She can keep her money it's not worth the aggregation."

Swimming Pool Opening & Closing Service
Hired to open and close a pool. Very hard to get in contact with. Had them store our safety cover until closing. The cover was put on with a large tear in it. Took weeks to fix. I do not know where the cover was stored, but it virtually disintegrated over the winter. The closing was performed late at night and was not done properly. Upon startup, on this spring there were 3 leaks in the pump/filter piping from the inadequate winterizing procedures.

"Cover was old and dry rotting when we took it off. It ripped weeks after we installed it and we repaired it. at no cost. Cover was professionally cleaned , folded, and stored indoors. Covers don't disintegrate in 4 months.Cannot comment on opening because did not do."

They were suppose to uncover the pool, and open it for the season, they uncovered it, did not clean it, did not add any chemicals and just left. I would up doing the work myself. I don't know about value because they have not billed or communicated with me since the uncovered it.

Fred did a great job measuring the pool and the liner fits great! He also included 27 mil liners at the same cost that others charged an extra $300 over the 20 mil.
