Paulo came to my house, supposedly to give me an estimate. He fixed one window and charged me $75, which I'm not sure is a good price. I probably should not have because he was supposed to only give me an estimate. All he did was spray some WD-40 in the track and made the window work. I don't know what people like this charge for a 10 minute job but it was probably too much. He then promised to fix the other window but had to order a part and would let me know when it came in. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a word. I texted him about 1 week ago with no reply.

Did really good job in reparing window leak. Noticed there might be another problem with our garage roof. This turned out to be the case so we could prevent further damage to the house. Came exactly on time the appointments were made for. Worked very neatly and cleaned up after the job. Would recommend this company to others.
