Stay away. Very bad experience. Report was sub-standard. Sellers disclosure had better information. When requested for clarifications, took over 10 days to comment on questions.

"Crawlspace and attic were not included with this inspection. Customer negotiated things out of the inspection to save on the cost but then was surprised when these areas were not included in the written inspection. After explaining things, a written reply was sent for clarification."
