The first job was done perfectly, but when I hired PT Cooper company for the second job, they did not show up at the scheduled time and did not respond to more than 10 calls/voice mails.

PT Cooper Remodeling performed and excellent service. Phillip was very professional, clean and courteous. He pays attention to the small details, which makes a big difference. His pricing was very fair and reasonable and he came across as a very honest person. He finished in the time he said he would. This was the first time I used his service, but plan to keep his contact information on file and will definitely refer to him for my future HVAC needs. Thank-you very much!!

Quality was not as expected and was not able to meet deadlines, however professional was great to work with and his pricing was good. I would use this professional again, however with the understanding that I would have to stay on top of his time and on quality.

Yes, I recommend this pro
Mr Cooper and his assistant were extremely professional in all aspects of this job. We had an unusual situation to deal with and previous contractors and repairmen were unable to solve the problem but Mr Cooper attacked it head on and we believe solved this problem. I would highly recommend Mr Cooper and his company and will use his services in other areas.

Prompt getting to job and diagnosing problem. Thought the renter would contact me about what was done. Communication about what was going on was the only problem. Good person to work with and does a great job.

Mr. Cooper was highly professional, honest and did more than what he proposed to do on my HVAC project. I would highly recommend him for your next HVAC project or any other project you have in store.
