Pete was prompt, knowledgeable and overall great to work with. I appreciated the speed in which he and his team installed my entire a/c system and I am so relieved to finally have cool air throughout the house. I found the price very reasonable and completely worth every penny. Theresa running the office is brilliant, kind and easy to interact with. I highly recommend this company for any and every service they provide.

PT was the first company to call . He came at 8 am but said he could come earlier. He was professional ,polite and completed the job. He let me know what he was doing and what was needed to fix unit. I will use them again.

I had a new HVAC system installed through another company in April. Unfortunately, the install was complete trash. I had to call the original installers multiple times to fix constantly arising issues. Then the AC stopped working. I was done. I called PT. They answered and took the time to let me vent and were completely understanding. They sent Pete out that evening. He was professional, very knowledgeable and actually took the time to talk me through, in layman's terms, my systems underlying issues and how he would fix them. Pete did an outstanding job. My air conditioning quit working on a Friday evening. I put in a request to Home Advisor and Pete called me right away and was here within an hour. Charge for an after hours/weekend visit was $100. He diagnosed that the variable speed motor was shot. He had a regular speed motor on his truck but wasn't sure if switching from a variable speed to regular speed would cause a problem for the warranty. We agreed that he would try to find a variable speed motor on Monday. He showed up at 9 a.m. on Monday with the variable speed motor and installed it. He was very professional and courteous. My only negative comment is that when he came on Monday he said that the variable speed install would likely be $475 but when he was finished, he charged me $525 - which seemed like a big difference. However he was the only company that responded that Friday night and returned with the part promptly on Monday and I really appreciated that!

Great company, professional, courteous and timely. We called them early that morning and they replied within 5 minutes then showed up within the hour to do the work. The price was awesome and we were back up and running in no time.

First repair service to return my call on a Saturday when my AC was out. He kept me apprised of his arrival time and then was able to quickly diagnose and repair the system. Super nice guy and great experience all around. I will go to them first for all HVAC needs in the future and already referred them to family members.

Our AC went out at 9:20 on a Saturday night. Pete called first thing Sunday morning and we were up and running again by 9:15. He was very professional, nice, and did great quality. We are going to hire PT Maintenance for bi-annual maintenance on our AC. We can t recommend PT highly enough!

Pete did an outstanding job of explaining what was going on with my AC unit what needed to be done in order to get it back up and running. Excellent service, reasonable prices, and quick to get my AC back to blowing out cold air. I referred my neighbor to him yesterday.

Excellent work and timely. PT M&M did great work to repair my AC unit. They were very knowledgeable about the system and recommended an approach that got us back up and running at a very fair and competitive price. Super friendly staff and accommodated our needs. Pete is exceptional!!!

Requested appointment mid day and got same day appointment. Technician arrived & diagnosed several problems. He walked me through each step of what he was doing & what the AC unit should be doing. Fortunately he checked & found I was still under warranty. Very professional & will definitely hire again!

Pete came on a Sunday at the last minute and he was at our house within less than an hour of us calling him. He diagnosed the problem immediately after walking in and had the job done within 30 minutes. Will definitely hire him next time.

The owner of the company personally arrived exactly as he said he would and did a tremendous job of explaining the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Pleasant, prompt, tidy, reasonable - great overall

I contacted PT Maintenance & Mechanical to do a service check on my 5+ years old AC unit. Wanted to get it checked out before the Central Texas Summer was here. I left them a phone message on Sunday, they called me the next morning and came to do the work the next morning. The service person (think he was the owner) was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. He did a through job of checking the unit. Found one small item that needed a little work. Took care of it and didn't even charge me. They will be on my "go to" list anytime I want something done to my HVAC system in the future. Would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with this experience from the very beginning to the last detail. Very friendly, competent and thorough. Certainly will ask for their help if I ever need it in the future.

I found Pete to be an experienced HVAC technician. He is honest and polite. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my A/C coil in less than 4 hours. He doesn't sell you service that you do not need. His price was reasonable.
