Write a ReviewMy in-laws AC went down so I called these guys and they came out and were great and said the motor was bad and set up a new one and replaced it. This unit supplied 2 areas or 2 zones. Well this "fix" worked a bit but was weird as it would blow sometimes etc so we called them back out. He said that he did not now it was a zone system and mis-wired it, but it is very visible that it was and he said he rewired it. So we hoped it would work and he checked it and said all is good and left. Well is worked for a day or so but once again was nothing like cooled before. So we called him back and he said the motor burned out again. He said it was water splashing on it. But there was no water as we were trying to use the heater as it was really cold. My in laws and us had to buy portable heaters to keep warm. So my in-laws called him back and said it stopped. He checked it out and said the motor burned out/stopped again. He said he has to get another motor but they are out and will have them in

Pete was there when we needed someone! He was straight forward, honest and reliable. Made sure to get a business card and he will be who we hire to replace our ac unit this upcoming year.

PT was the first company to call . He came at 8 am but said he could come earlier. He was professional ,polite and completed the job. He let me know what he was doing and what was needed to fix unit. I will use them again.
My AC had stopped cooling during triple digit weather. PT Maintenance provided fast service at a reasonable cost and gave me some recommendations for the long term. Will use them again.
I had a new HVAC system installed through another company in April. Unfortunately, the install was complete trash. I had to call the original installers multiple times to fix constantly arising issues. Then the AC stopped working. I was done. I called PT. They answered and took the time to let me vent and were completely understanding. They sent Pete out that evening. He was professional, very knowledgeable and actually took the time to talk me through, in layman's terms, my systems underlying issues and how he would fix them. Pete did an outstanding job. My air conditioning quit working on a Friday evening. I put in a request to Home Advisor and Pete called me right away and was here within an hour. Charge for an after hours/weekend visit was $100. He diagnosed that the variable speed motor was shot. He had a regular speed motor on his truck but wasn't sure if switching from a variable speed to regular speed would cause a problem for the warranty. We agreed that he would try to find a variable speed motor on Monday. He showed up at 9 a.m. on Monday with the variable speed motor and installed it. He was very professional and courteous. My only negative comment is that when he came on Monday he said that the variable speed install would likely be $475 but when he was finished, he charged me $525 - which seemed like a big difference. However he was the only company that responded that Friday night and returned with the part promptly on Monday and I really appreciated that!

Great company, professional, courteous and timely. We called them early that morning and they replied within 5 minutes then showed up within the hour to do the work. The price was awesome and we were back up and running in no time.
he was at the house within 20 minutes and found the problem. neighbor had installed fence post on AC drain line...
