I PHYSICALLY look over ALL details of plumbing jobs in residential homes BEFORE giving an estimate. My trip charge is $75 included in estimate after accepting or not. Twenty eight years of industry experience and dedicated to providing my residential clients with personalized service to meet your plumbing and drain cleaning needs. was on time 3 of the 4 visits. However he did not do what i asked. wanted a p trap and the kitchen drain replaced. Previous quotes said i needed whole system re-done. Wanted Him to do the whole system , he quoted me a price. never finished the kitchen sink section. He hooked my washing machine drain into the sewer drain where it wasnt before. He ran the pipes down in front of my oil barrel after i asked him to make sure that area is kept open in case i need to replace oil barrel. i have to re-do system again to take my oil barrel out to replace it and still having problems with kitchen sink. he finished with what he did on a Saturday. Sunday after doing wash had a sewer smell in house again. I called Monday and told him. He said he would be here Wednesday to look it over. Never showed. He did call later in day to try and reschedule but at that point i was to upset after going down and see what he did and didnt do. I would not recommend unless maybe you watch his entire work.

"I appreciate the review. My price and your payment to me was $1300 cash. Most of the drain lines were not even glued properly and were falling apart. You said your dad did that. Also stated that there was a trap in the wall for the washer. Apparently it isn't so. Things do happen sometime that requires rescheduling. As I kept trying to reach out to you but to no avail so I gave up trying as I was planning to do the kitchen drain. In the beginning you stated that you haven't been in the basement in over 10+ years so you sent you mom down to look it all over and approve it. I have plenty of pictures B4 and after which I showed you. Still I'm willing to make good on the kitchen drain so feel free to let me know ( which also is problematic). Also I do not hook into illegal drywell systems. I can go on and on but rather smooth things out with you. My reputation is important to my business. Communication is key."

He came when he said he would, He completed the job very professionally. I was satisfied with the work performed and the fact that he cleaned up before he left. Would use him again, if the need arises for a plumber.

Phil came the same day I called him, and installed my new kitchen faucet carefully and professionally. The access to the faucet was less than desireable due to having a corner sink without the usual wide access doors a regular sink has. Bless him, he did a difficult job without complaint and my new faucet is perfect. I highly recommend him!

Phil has done all sorts of plumbing for me over the years. He has cleaned out dryer vents, unclogged pipes, fixed leaks and replaced fixtures. He is always on time, clean and finishes the job. Phil has also done handyman projects for me. He’s a great guy and won’t do a project if he thinks he cant. Highly recommend Phil

This guy, Phil, is just amazing. I first used him for an emergency clog fix. I fully expected to not only pay through the nose, but as hiring people to do work has taught me, be prepared for disappointment. Neither happened. Very reasonable price for flawless work. Over several years, I’ve had to call him several times. Price is always reasonable (more on that shortly) and always flawless work. I brought your attention to “reasonable” because when you talk to him, he’s reasonable! He’ll tell you straight ip what the situation is, what he can do, and most importantly, what he cannot do. I can’t recommend him and his work ethic highly enough.

We had a tub faucet that would not turn off. Faucet was about 17 years old. It needed an internal gasket( I think) . Phil quickly came and assessed what was needed and repaired the faucet. We also hired Phil to replace and paint the vertical balusters and top railings on our wood deck . Phil did excellent work- picked up wood shavings and had the tools to cut wood etc.

I have hired Phil several times for my plumbing and appliance replacement needs. He’s very knowledgeable and honest. He has correctly fixed past mistakes made by previous laborers, especially as this relates to the piping configuration from a utility pump in my basement when I hadn’t owned the house yet.
