"The homeowner was acting as the contractor, we wire the basement according to the specs and schedule. After the work was complete the homeowner decided to put a sheetrock ceiling instead of the drop ceiling she had spec. We were not notified of this change until the hangers were on the job and had sheetrock the ceiling. We have told her we would do anything we could now to fix this problem."
