Nate quickly determined what was causing leak - poor install of new dishwasher by Best Buy. He didnâ t have *correct* parts to fix (they came with dishwasher, but installer didnâ t use), but was able to do a repair to stop leak. Best Buy is sending correct parts and scheduling crew. Nate also pointed out with how the plumbing under the sink was problematic (p-trap was not lowest point and wrong pipe was used). He corrected those issues.

He figured out how to fix when 5 other plumbers wanted to repipe and abandon old pipes and chard me between 8k and 13 k. Instead this guy do the repair like I wanted and did it well and found parts and the leak is perfect and my gas is back on and approved by the inspector from the gas company..

Pure pro plumbing did an excellent job replacing my broken water heaters The different options and prices were discussed and Nathan clearly knew how to get the best choice for my needs and price point. Nathan answered my calls and texts and made himself available even in off hours. And when I happened to mention that one of my toilets whistled loudly when flushed he just fixed it without being asked. Gfreat guy

Nathan quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and installed a new water heater. He brought it up to code and was obviously very knowledgeable and qualified to do this work. Given it was an emergency I appreciated that he came right away. I would highly recommend Pure Pro Plumbing for home services.

Nathan, the owner of the company, responded quickly and made it a point to come to the house to determine the cause of water leak that was discovered. He was more than professional and communicated very well about the situation. He was able to determine the cause of the leak quickly and made repairs the next morning. His communication throughout the entire repair proceds was exemplary which was very much appreciated given the nature of the leak. Superior service!
