Came out promptly and gave est. Thought it was good and gave 1/2 down and never saw him again!! After days of texts and promises he sent his Dad to do the floors. He did an excellent job- a big job for one man! Nick had a friend who had died and had he just asked to delay project - that would have been fine. Instead, lots of texts and hours of my waiting before a text would arrive and say he would not be there. Communication is key to a successful business and this was definitely a failure. Thanks to his Dad and his many hours and late nights, the floors look great.

MANY no shows. 17 calls and several emails and at least 12 text messages to try to discover where they were. I had to reschedule once, and we agreed to that, (due to the timing of other contractors I was using.) However, they had to reschedule 1 time for a valid reason, (they let me know in advance), and 4 times after no one showed up to the house, and after hours of trying to get in touch with them with no response.) They kept making promises to complete the project and said how sorry they were. But the no shows continued. Tried to call and text, but almost never responded to my calls. Felt totally ignored. Missed 5 family functions (no exaggeration), waiting for them to arrive. At one point, they arrived and did 3 hours worth of work, but left the rest of the project totally unfinished, as well as a huge mess in the garage. I gave them one more chance to make good on the contract. But when they showed up 6 hours late, and then had to leave because they didn't have the necessary supplies, I finally fired them. We agreed that I would pay them for the three hours of work, with the condition that they would pick up the garbage they left in our garage. They never showed to pick it up, and I had to pay someone else to do it instead. I had to put 50% down on the project, out of which we agreed to pay them for 3 hours worth of work. They were supposed to refund the rest. 12 days later, I still dont have my refund. Will have to take this to small claims court.

I hired this service because they had good reviews but I wonder why I didn't receive the same kind of service the others got. Late the 1st day but still arrived & gave me an estimate. Late (2 hrs.) with no phone call the day of the work but did eventually show & do the work. Was told he would stop by a 3rd day ( a few days later) & never showed or heard from him. Good quality work, am pleased with that but wouldn't call them again, too much unreliability as to when they would be here.
