They screwed everything they did up! They ran like the crooks they are!

Quality work very professional and excellent customer service

INCOMPLETE -- RECEIVED /ESTIMATE WHICH SEEMED HIGH BUT WE HAD THE TILE AND SAW THEY WERE A TRUSTED COMPANY. WE APPROVED THE JOB. A SUBCONTRACTOR INSTALLED THE TILE. IT TOOK LONGER THAN THEY ESTIMATED & SUBCONTRACTOR CHARGED A SURPLUS TO PWG WHICH THEY ASKED ME TO PAY A PORTION. WE FELT WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT THE JOB WAS CHANGING IN PRICE SO WE DID NOT PAY. THEN PWG STOPPED RETURNING OUR CALLS. I VISITED THEM IN PERSON TO LEARN THEY COULDN'T GET SHOWER GLASS AT A REASONABLE PRICE SO THEY JUST CANCELLED MY JOB. HOWEVER, THEY DIDN'T TELL ME UNTIL I CONFRONTED THEM FACE TO FACE AT THEIR OFFICE IN LAGRANGE. IT WAS UPSETTING MORE SO BECAUSE DAVE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND SAW DAMAGE LEFT BY PREVIOUS CONTRACTOR ON ANOTHER PART OF HOUSE AND SAID HE WOULD NOT DO THAT. I AM COMPLETED DISAPPOINTED, AND UPSET BECAUSE THEY WERE INFORMED I HAD A STRICT DEADLINE FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES AND THEY LET ME HANG FOR 7 WEEKS..

Don't be surprised by 2 young men showing up at your door. They took their time to do the job right, were professional, and completed the task. I was pleasantly surprised and so was everyone that has seen the back-splash. It is beautiful work . Marvin also gets the thumbs-up for ensuring that I had enough of the materials needed, being patient with all my calls, and gave me a fair price for the labor. I really appreciate it all.

The experience was going ok until I asked the Sales Manager Marvin to take accountability for project delays. At that point Marvin took on the persona of a used car salesman. I also did not like a demeaning comment that Marvin made about the installer. The installer did a very good job on the floor.

David offers great value, he knows how to do everything that has to do with construction. The retail location is a one stop shop, he was able to sell me all the materials I needed for a bathroom and kitchen remodel. David's pricing was great, his price is lower than other professionals I spoke with. Marvin's done work for me as well, he offers nothing but quality work. David came out when promised, and finished the work at the time he promised. David cleaned after himself, after work was completed; I really liked them.
