PZ Construction & Builders, Inc.

The team at PZ Construction is extremely thorough. Paul (the owner) performed an inspection which included both the outside of the house and accessible attic spaces. He provided the most detailed estimate of any of the contractors which included descriptions and materials for each phase of work. The crew was very diligent during the project and performed a daily cleanup of all waste material, etc. All of the copper work is done on site and the team provided picture updates of the various stages of work. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and will likely use PZ for any future needs.

August 2018 I hired PZ to tear down and replace my roof that was leaking from another roof installer. I had felt the job was well done and even recommended him. In May 2019 after some heavy rains I had leaking again. I contacted PZ and he came out and told me he it shouldn’t be leaking and he needed to come out at a later time. He never followed up and my text messages (how we always communicated) went unanswered. There is now water damage and mold present. I sent one final text stating I will be opening a case with the BBB. This has been ignored as well

We found Paul and his team to be very professional in replacing our roof. Paul was responsive and kept us well informed on schedule of work. We would highly recommend PZ Construction for roofing.

PZ is an excellent construction firm. Pawel was prompt for the roof evaluation and gave straightforward, thorough feedback. Peter and the roofing team did excellent work and completed the roof in one day. They were careful to install a diverter above the chimney to prevent erosion at the roof/chimney seam. Arthur was a master craftsman and installed a beautiful scupper and downspout on the turreted garage along with a repair of the seal between the scupper box and the roof liner. I highly recommend this construction company.

Pawel and his team did a beautiful job restoring our clay tile roof. They designed a beautiful solution to a problematic soffit area, and created extraordinary copper gutters, including a perfectly arched bay window gutter. The house looks great. They were timely and hard working. Also very tidy and considerate of our shrubs and flowers.

Paul and his crew are true craftsmen. We own an architecturally significant 1930s bungalow with a Spanish tile roof and 6" copper gutters which needed replacement. I had no idea that it took so much to do this type of work, but PZ was completely up to the task! They were always here on time, prepared, neat with their work habits, and willing to do the little extra things we requested. For instance, we had an issue with squirrels squeezing into our dormer eaves where they met the roof. Paul designed a piece of copper flashing and installed it in the joint, creating a permanent solution. On our detached garage, we opted for aluminum gutters painted to match the exterior trim color. Again, PZ handled that part of the job quickly and thoroughly. The whole house looks like a million bucks, and for that we thank PZ Construction! Please give them a call if you want QUALITY roofing work!

They are extremely professional, they start and work to complete the job, their work is exceptional. They are one of my best crews

A great overall experience using PZ Construction.
