PaRu Roofing and Construction went beyond and above our expectations. They replaced the roof on our home which was 22yrs old , did restoration of the deck and installed a front porch gutter. If you want guidance on how replacement works especially using your insurance claim.. hire this company. They provided a free estimate and information that ultimately allowed me to get my roof replaced through my insurance. Paul was very easy to talk to and was very transparent in regards to any questions or concerns I had. Day of work, 8 guys showed up. They teared down, cleaned up, and placed the new roof in one day. We probably have approx 1600 sq ft roof. They showed up on time and left when the job was completed. The weather was extremely hot and these guys put in some hard work. Highly impressed.

PaRu Construction is a highly qualified company to do roof replacement. Paul, was courteous and knowledgeable from our very first meeting. He explained the products he would be using to replace our shingle roof. They would be top grade, 50 year warranty Owens Corning dimensional shingles. Paul presented us with a very competitive bid for the replacement. Paul was very flexible to work with, adjusting his schedule to fit our time frame for the roof replacement. He has a tremendous work crew. There were 10-12 workers replacing our more than 5000 square foot roof. Because of the number of workers and their skill and hard work, our roof was completed in one 13 hour day. The second day a worker spent hours picking up all the debris from the replacement work. Our yard was left spotless. I can highly recommend PaRu for your roof replacement. You will be as pleased with your new roof as we are.

Quite simply, this is an outstanding roofing company. From initial meeting and estimate thru roof completion and follow up, everything was done right, done professionally. They took the time to provide a presentation of the Owens Corning materials they use, and gave a very fair price estimate. The crew was efficient and completed the job in one day (I have a relatively small house). The job foreman was professional and courteous, and ensured everything was done right before leaving, to include cleanup. No money up front, paid nothing until the job was completed. Paul Espinoza and his guys are top notch, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a roofing contractor.

They do more than roofs -- our neighbor is having a master bath remodeled from PaRu. Plus, my other neighbor had their roof replaced and new gutters installed from PaRu and it looks great. Plus your paining side did a beautiful job painting the exterior of the their house. And, your construction side did some roof repairs to make it ready for new roof shingles.
