I hired them to fix living room concrete by leveling to lay tile, he also said he could fix the crack pool deck, bullnose trim around the pool, and leaking skimmer, and would make it look brand new and match the deck. We have a screen porch and cement walk to the pool and garage. My deck is two different colors, Work was supposed to be done in 2 days, and it took two months. The bullnose was an extension of the pool deck, paint splotches in my pool. They are not trying to resolve it, but he got our money and is not making an attempt to resolve it. Update: 12/15/2020 I won a judgment against Charlie, the owner, and have not been paid the paltry amount. I was awarded for the ruined pool deck he was supposed to repair. It will cost over $4,000 to fix, but I was awarded by fairclaims.com $803. What a joke this whole thing has been.

without notification substituted an unapproved less than desired product and lied about the procurement process. installation dates were delayed on many occasions some foe very suspect reasons. when installation complete and product selection challenged agreed to refund cost of unsatisfactory product but never did. will not answer phone. very unethical business - avoid at all cost

We recently just moved down to Florida and have been dealing with a lot of contractors who dont get back to you and do not do the job right the first time. Frank and the guys from Pablo builders are top notch. They always kept me up to date on what was going on and would return phone calls or emails by the next morning. I would recommend them for a small job or a big project.

They are prompt and attentive professionals. The work was in my living room and the team did a great job of keeping the area clean and cleaning up the inevitable splatters to the wall. They really care about doing the job right. Communication is great. Listened to what I wanted and made construe suggestions. Competitively priced. I will use them again for my kitchen he project that s coming up!

Frank from Pablo Beach Builders was very professional and courteous. They did an outstanding job on my driveway. It looks beautiful. They were there when they said they would be and didn't leave a mess as I have had other contractors do in the past. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work.

UPDATE from an earlier review - While the quality of work was good like I originally wrote in my review. We made the mistake of paying 100% before clean-up of the site was complete. The crew left behind a concrete patio slab and would not come back to pick it up. We had to pay a junk removal company an additional $300.00 to remove the slab. When I let Frank know we had to pay another company to remove the slab, he said he would reimburse us. It has been a few weeks since then, and we are not holding our breath. DO NOT PAY 100% UNTIL THE JOB IS 100% COMPLETE!

This company is very busy and you they might have to reschedule more than once.. Make sure the work order is very detailed.
