I spoke with them about an appointment to install a sink in my laundry room on a Saturday. They were able to make it out that Monday and knocked out the project in a few hours. The guys knew what they were doing and got to work right away without wasting any time. I Would definitely recommend if you need professional plumbing and/or alternative to these stupidly expensive commercial plumbing companies out there.

I scheduled for 8 AM and had the wife let them in as I had to take someone to the airport at the same time. Came home an hour later (9 AM) and they were done and packing up to leave. What?? I missed all the fun and mess, they had cleaned up and took away all the used parts and packaging. Good job!!!!

Replaced gas water heater. Competitive pricing. Robin was great to work with, very knowledgeable. Work was completed in about 2 hours. Had hot water back shortly after install was complete.

They did a super job re-piping my home with PEX pipes, installing a new shower, sink and fixtures in the main bathroom. I did not have a new toilet installed, but they did need to move the existing toilet. They also plumed a new vanity area for the master on-suite. They did a good job of clean-up and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Pac West to anyone needing plumbing services.
