I sensed they were going to lay 1 1/2 of cement so I requested they remove about 4 of dirt which he had the guys remove but since he only brought with him enough material for 1 1/2 had to go out 2 times 2 get material, therefore, he was not there to get the job done. I had to get my guy to do the laying of the cement paying him $300 a day while his guys mixed the cement by hand, horrible.

"Sorry for the inconvenience, we had no choice but to mix it by hand, no one delivers 100 sq. ft of concrete. You still have a balance owed with us, so I guess that covers your labor."

Very good company, they work with you and at the end of the day, they make sure that whatever it is asked gets done.
