Very friendly and professional

Nico Pace was recommended. When he called I was not told about a $60 service call. Did I miss seeing that posted? He basically showed my wife extremely poor customer service skills. I scheduled a Wednesday appointment but he called and said he was 10-15 minutes away, so my Wife knew he was coming. We have a crew doing several projects at our home, and they overheard how rude Nico was to my Wife. Nico stated he would never come back to our home. Trust and believe we would never hire him for anything.
