Pace put in a kitchen faucet in the past and a new gas hot water heater and no complaints. Riley was my technician and he was fantastic.

I had a leak that was leaking water into my basement and I was super afraid and I didnâ  t know who to call because plumbers are notoriously expensive and I am really broke I havenâ  t worked in a year because an accident Riley from Pace Plumbing came out found the leak fixed it and didnâ  t even charge me because he said it to him it was an easy fix to me it was like he moved a mountain. Worked with Pace for a bathroom remodel. Excellent and prompt responses in communication. Great work and affordable bid. Fixed an accidental leak at no charge and when I misunderstood the initial proposal they heard me out, explained the process in detail and quickly worked to come to an agreement on pricing. Great customer service and would absolutely recommend for any future work.

Not really a big problem, but we are waiting for a toilet and install 1 week after it was promised. They are supposed to be here in 45 minutes, so we will see how it goes. Good thing we were not in a hurry, and a phone call explaining the delay would have been nice.

The young man, Riley, who quoted and then delivered and installed was a very pleasant and competent. I believe he did an excellent job as the job became more than just the straight forward job we planned for. Got it done nicely. Thank you.

Riley was polite, considerate, helpful, and did a great job. However, his "flat rate" for the job was way overpriced. $300.00 plus parts and tax for 20 minutes on the job. My fault: I was too trusting. Next time, I'll ask more questions as to what's involved.

Riley showed on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He got right to work by briefing me on the plan was well as likely and less likely outcomes. Thankfully, he was able to pass the blockage on through and we were back in business in a little over an hour. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very professional and skilled.

Needed help with my toilet, Riley caught the problem instantly and didn't even charge me.

Riley responded immediately to my request and came out within the hour. He looked at my toilet and explained everything to me, made some minor adjustments and then refused to let me pay him. Toilet is working great and Pace Plumbing will be my go to company for any plumbing needs. Thank you.
