Great work, just more $$ than quoted

Tech provided great service. He was professional and helpful.

Showed up on time. Very polite/professional- has no problem working and answering my questions at the same time-very efficient in use of time-left my heat/air looking and working like new. Very pleased with the outcome and the speed that they responded to my work request.

Gave us an appointment within 48 hours during the on the hottest day of the year, which was better than we could find anywhere else. They were out of the part we needed, but installed a used board to get our AC running, and then returned in a week to install a new part. Service was great. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Benny, the tech. was wonderful. He did a super job, was neat and efficent. I was not happy when I got my bill. I was quoted a flat rate of $89.00 when I made the appointment. I had all the parts for my furnace but did not want to chance putting them in wrong. So I had to pay $87.00 more than I was quoted. I was very clear to the girl on the phone. After I told her that I had the new motor would there be any other charges, she replyed, no, $89.00, that would be all. I felt misled by her and was not happy to have to pay more. Benny did what he could by calling his superior to see if anything could be done about the difference. It was not his fault that this occured. Like I said in the beginning, he was great. I would recommend his service anytime.

Called for a furnace that would not come on. Discovered painter's tarp had blown over exhaust tube on roof. Notified after technician used a ladder to climb onto roof to remove tarp that he charged extra to do that above and beyond trip /troubleshooting charge. I could have easily removed the tarp myself. When I called HQ, they refunded the charge. A reduced price on an inspection service package was offered as part of the service call.

Pacific Air repaired my furnace and solved my problem. They called within seconds from submitted request and were out there the next day. Pacific Air offered to come out that night but I felt is could wait.

The company communicated very well. They let me know when the repair person would arrive and kept me informed on their progress. The repair person was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about the equipment. The diagnostic was performed quickly. The required repairs were explained an d the options were explained. The repair work itself was carried out very quickly. I was very satisfied with this company and the repair person that came to my house was extremely well versed in the requirements of the business.

I selected Pacific Air Systems because this company had originally installed the furnace when the house was built in 1997. The prices were reasonable and [he] (the technician), was very professional. We will replace our current furnace through Pacific Air systems within the next three years.
