Good, they worked cleand and they did a quality work.

1 week after installation whole system died, took 3 days to get a tech and basically replaced thermostat control and circulation pump due to poor installation

Professional, Clean, went the extra mile when there was a small hiccup without extra charges. System works great. Installation was very clean and actually gave me more room than I originally had in my attic.

The only thing is that I did not realize that a tune for a/c and a heater were different things. I thought they were the same. It was explained VERY well. I would have them back in my house any time for any reason. VERY VERY fast response time.

We were extremely pleased with the service and our dealings with the employees. They were prompt, courteous and explained everything in detail. It was an added bonus that everyone there was an English language speaker. We would not hesitate to refer this company to our friends.

Suffice it to say, it was very interesting. In the end, they performed admirably and turned a bad situation into a good experience.

2 technicians came, but only 1 worked. One may have been a supervisor, but he was outside while the work was done inside. Diagnostics were done on the a/c for $79(charges were not given to me by the person who made the appointment). I decided I didn't want the work done on the a/c, but wanted them to check the heater and they didn't seem to have the right tools. They said the blower was dirty so I had them clean it for another $207. They kept talking about safety, but didn't check for CO leaks. I had the Gas Company come and recheck the furnace; they did a better job than Pacific Aire and at no charge. Very unimpressed with this company!

The increasing high pitched noise of the A/C while operating has not been rectified even though I purchased a $160 add-on part that is likely a good thing to have anyway. I am awaiting a call from Pacific Aire as a follow up to the repair.

They showed up when they said they would.The workers were very promt.And did a good job, I am very satisfied with the work and product.

High points: Courtesy, cleanliness, on time, competent. Low points: Wanted system installed in attic for quietness. PA estimator stated that this was no problem. When installers showed up , they stated that they could not install in attic and put unit into hall-way cabinet. PA is overpriced. They charge 10 times more for registers than Home Depot and 60 $ installation fees for taking out and putting in 2 screws. Trash was left in attic and glasswool insulation was left in piles. Timeliness on recall was poor. Several requests for written confirmation of a promised extension of the labor warranty have been ignored so far.

The project involved moving a heater to the attic and replacement of all duct work. The sales person did what seemed like a comprehensive review of our home and a plan was made to locate the new unit above the 2nd floor hall but when the install team came they said it couldn't be done that way and a whole new location had to be agreed on. The salesman came back out to the house immediately to evaluate the situation and direct the crew but it took several phone calls and lots of close supervision on my part to get the project done to my satisfaction. A followup visit by a Pacific Aire handyman was needed to fix a sloppy install and caulk of the main air return and a few other quality problems. Every contact I had with the company was timely and courteous and they clearly intended to make everything right.
