Called due to water heater had no hot water. I let them know that the water heater would mostly likely need to be replaced and needed it done that day. I said if you can't I need to find someone else who can. They said no problem. Guy shows up says the water heater needed to be replaced and would have to come back at a later date. I said no it was supposed to be today. He said he couldn't do it today and even called the office and they said no. No follow up phone call to apologize. Will never do business with them again.
