The removal of a leaning 70 foot Blue Spruce could not have gone smoother. From estimate to project completion I found Pacific Arborculture to exhibit the utmost courtesy and professionalism with excellent communications throughout the process. The 3 man crew was absolutely amazing to watch. Truly a groups of professionals at the top of their game. Clean-up was so complete it was difficult to tell they had even been there. What a wonderful experience.

We called them back in Oct for an estimate and they said they could get us on their schedule 12/01 FFWD to today 12/01. They came within the timeline they said (big plus) In my opinion the crew (of Brandons) went above & beyond. Took care of the tons of leaves the maple turns away every fall/winter My backyard looks better than it did yesterday! They were friendly, fantastic, fun, flipping amazing and our dogs liked them too. We recommend them to everyone who needs an arborist. They are responsive, attentive and execute their work and make it look easy!

From the first inspection, to the thorough written bid, to the scheduling and communication, and through to the execution of the contracted work, management and crew conducted themselves with absolute professionalism. Knowledgeable. As ISA-certified arborists, they knew all about my treesâ health and the best pruning and maintenance for the continued well-being, in spite of the treesâ problems. They guided me in making tree care decisions, putting my mind at ease by quelling potential hazards. Capable. You should see these guys climb trees! I have incredible respect for their agility, and their ability to make decisions when high up in the limbs, aiming for and achieving the right results. Conscientious. Every one of them were courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Before they left, they cleaned up every limb and leaf, leaving my property in pristine condition. Appropriately-priced. I received a half-dozen recommendations and bids before making my choice. Pacific Arboriculture was the best choice for the above reasons, AND their pricing was appropriate and affordable. With my half-acre, heavily-treed property, I have finally found my forever arborists. I highly recommend them.

The experience was great having Pacific Arboriculture out to work on my willow. Brandon and Red were knowledgeable and friendly! I plan to ask for them to come out again when I schedule preventative annual maintenance.

Hiring Pacific Arboriculture, was a great experience! This company was respectful, in every detail of the job. They have a great crew who know how to trim a tree so it still looks like a tree when done. They cleaned up & made sure everything was in pristine condition. I can highly recommend them. Pacific Arboriculture was great. Very responsive, Christine was very helpful and transparent throughout the whole process. Answered all my questions and concerns and got the job done. There was an issue with their stump grinder but we were able to get it rescheduled and the job done. The prices are amazing. I had three different quotes and they all provided the same service but Pacific Arboriculture was by far the best priced. 10/10 would call again.

They arrived right on time, were organized, did a perfect job, were quick and did a nice clean-up. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
