About us
Established in 2000 Pacific Coast Construction And Design is an owner operated Design Build-planning and building service for both residential and light commercial projects in Northern California, specializing in up to date techniques & technologies in "Green" building primarily using Structural Insulated Panel (SIP's). We provide services in planning, design, project management and feasibility studies producing a turn key project from concept to move in. With our 30+ years of General Contracting experience plus 10 years of design and plan services we've worked with many local architects and individuals allowing us to offer a very unique value to our customers. Planning and design integrated with building experience make our projects flow quickly and cost effectively through their entire process. With our wide range of experience of over 100 restaurants, residential remodels and new construction we're sure we can offer a service tailored just for you.
