Complete Home Inspection
The home inspection had major errors and omissions which will cost us thousands of dollars. The Contractor omitted major visible cracks, and major damage to AC vents under the home, he also said he inspected the The dishwasher which leaked and flooded the kitchen on our first night. He replaced it, but when we contacted him having closed the sale based on his inspection report which had major errors and misleading information he would no contact us to even discuss how we resolve the issues. Had he done a complete and honest inspection we could have had the owners pay to fix these issues before closing. the removal and repairs under the home are over $8000. Significant.
