Steve Hernandez did an excellent job with the washing of my outside windows and screens, in addition to screen repairs. His arrival was very timely and he displayed a friendly and professional attitude. He did the job most efficiently and made sure I was satisfied with the overall results. The windows never looked so good! We will hire him again soon to do the inside windows as we can sure see what a great job he does. His fee is most satisfactory. I would highly recommend him to others seeking a similar service.

If you are looking for a professional to wash your house windows, look no farther. I hired Steve to wash my house windows, inside and out. Let me give you a little background about my home. I bought my home in 1995 and I've never had the windows professionally washed. The closest thing to washing the windows was using the garden hose to rinse the dirt and dust off. Now that you have a mental picture of the condition of the windows you can imagine the task that was set before Steve. My windows had years of dirt and grime; and mineral and calcium deposits from the garden hose. It took more that using their window washing apparatus to get all my windows shinny and clear. After washing the windows they were free from dirt and grime but the windows on the rear of the house were cloudy from years of buildup of calcium and mineral deposits. Only a professional would know what to do to remedy the problem. For an additional fee, Steve had to polish the rear windows using a stain remover with an electric buffer. It was a task that only a professional with experience could perform. He polished the rear windows and they came clear and shinny. I can now look out into my newly landscape backyard and see and enjoy the view. The window on the patio door is so clear and transparent I'm afraid that someone is going to walk into the clear pane thinking the door is open. Believe me when I say my windows look like mirrors now. I also had Steve power wash the front of the house and driveway as well as the rear patio flagstone. Now that everything looks clean I have decided to become a regular customer and have the house washed every 6-8 months which includes the windows. My scenario may be a little extreme but Steve performed a lot of work to make a satisfied customer. For the amount of time and work and the additional process needed to restore the rear windows Steve's fees were fair and reasonable. Steve is personable and conscientious and determined to gain your regular business by doing the job right the first time and leaving you satisfied. Therefore why would you hire anyone else. I am a satisfied customer.

When I accepted the price for the window washing I assumed they would clean the whole window, not just the glass. They did a nice job on the glass and left the sills dirty. I double checked with another company and was told they clean the windows and the window sills for the same price.
