Shower Installation and Replacement
WE had to wait 6 months for our shower to be completed. The company lost our original order, which was supposed to have been completed (according to the quote and contract) 8-12 weeks. After many phone calls, and very few returned calls to us, they explained that someone had to come out and remeasure the bath and tub area as they didn't have the correct measurements. It was one excuse after another. FINALLY, 6 MONTHS to the day the project was completed. Our shower and bathtub were removed and replaced with a very large shower. WE love the shower but would not recommend the company due to the extensive wait for completion.

They are very professional from Alex the salesman to Dustin and Nick the installers. They were actually able to move up the install by a couple of days which was great. The install was completed on time and the shower is beautiful. Very pleased with this company and will use them again in the future.

Incredibly unresponsive, didn't even finish up the job. Left a shower door handle uninstalled. Leaks occurred shortly after installation and the customer service said they were sending someone out, then nobody would ever show up. This happened at least twice! I would not recommend their service at all.

Hired them to do a shower door. The sales guy really pushed us to hire them. Waited six whole weeks for the door and scheduled but the install guy never showed up. We rescheduled and the guy made us wait 6 whole hours. Kept calling saying he was 10 minutes away every hour. Ridiculous. Instal job was poor. Didn't use enough sealer at bottom so we have water draining from bottom.
