As a local municipality, we have been built a trusted partnership with Pacific Coast Renovations. We serve a very diverse and vulnerable population and Pacific Coast Renovations has never wavered in providing 1st class customer service and workmanship. Jordan Johnson, the Project Manager is a consummate professional and well-liked by our clients, inspectors, subcontractors as well as our internal staff. Our renovations are vast in scope and are completed on single-family owner-occupied homes. Our clients remain in the home during the construction and Pacific Coast Renovations has always been extremely proactive in communicating with our clients to ensure the client has the necessary facilities for daily living during the renovations process. In addition, Pacific Coast Renovations has always provided transparent and competitive construction costs for our projects and share the same mission to support and ensure that they have provided safe, healthy, and sustainable housing for all our clients.

We recently had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that caused damage to that room and a downstairs den. We attempted to resolve the issue unsuccessfully with other companies. We found Pacific Coast and Jordan who were flexible, kept to schedule, communicated well and completed the work to our satisfaction. Would use them again if the need arises.

Once again Pacific Coast Renovation came through with a perfect completion of a remove and replace project. Crew worked diligently from the start and continued until I was satisfied. Very Happy & Thankful.
