My repairman was excellent. My outside lights and pond, front and back, weâ re going completely off. He changed breakers, checked for overload, shorts, He changed the breaker. He checked every thing he could. He discussed scenarios and we will wait to see if they go off again and he will comeback and dig deeper. He was polite, very thorough, competent and very friendly. I would recommend Pacific.

They came out, Everything was working fine. I ask a question on why sockets were not working yesterday before you came out. he said not sure. Charge me over 100.00 for a question to explain 30 mins. no work was done. I was taken advantage of.

This company is over - professional. What I mean is they use all possible electronic conveyance to register you as a customer, so be ready to confirm electronically your job request and stay on top of messages sent so the work can be completed. Simply hiring them and setting an appointment is not enough and I understand that they want to protect their business and minimize waste of time and resources. They are professionals and do excellent work, just the process to get them to your place is a bit complicated.
