Well today when I called and talked to the HELP THE WORST EXTERMINATORS WELL AS OF TODAY MARCH 31,2025 I got roaches still after a year of living here NOVEMBER 15 I can?t fight these German cockroaches until they tent this place I?ve only had gel on their last visit the exterminator used my product to poor into wall they never can get rid of my roaches cause I?m the only apartment being treated highly frustrated if they used the medicine that doesn?t let the female roaches reproduce I would have gotten rid of them but this is there bread and butter if they got rid of them they couldn?t have a monthly visit vice president, he?s quite rude and not let me finish what I?m trying to tell him there is cockroaches living upstairs from me. There was cockroaches next-door. There?s cockroaches all over. I?ve already found the proof they took pictures. the supervisor came in and told me that he would drill Holt and put foam in the wall and that should take care of the problem but I?ve been deali

I have had other exterminators come and not catch the mouse and with kyle the mouse was in the trap within 2 hours!!! And he returned the same day to gather it as it was trying to escape and making noise! Lol it was a tricky one! Great customer service and follow through!

They arrived 3 hrs after scheduled appointment ( which was at 9 am). They sprayed my 3500 sq ft lot for mosquitoes in 15 minutes while taking three phone calls. . The charge was $150. Not Surprisingly there are still plenty of mosquitoes in my front and back yard. This company is a scam!

Very professional. It did take longer to take care of the bee problem than first indicated. Overall, very satisfied with the continued follow up. They never gave up!!!

Agent explained what our situation (bee infestation) was, what he proposed to do, what the cost would be, and how long it would take for the problem to be ended once and for all. Done!

EXCELLENT JOB

So far, we have only had the initial inspection and treatment, but the Pacific guy was very proactive and pointed out areas where we might have rodent problems. I will soon be back to Home Advisor for recommendations on home repair firms.

Pacific Exterminators are UNEQUALED ! Office staff and service team are all outstanding, especially John Guerra, who solved a dangerous emergency quickly and carefully.

Very polite and up front about their professional opinion about pest problems. Fair pricing but they need a little work about being punctual for appointments, but I guess it's better late than never!

$300 is far too much for a 6 minute treatment. A year's guarantee is good, however.

Very knowledgeable. Told me the TRUTH. The owner is actively involved in the business and took the time to personally answer my questions. The only disconnect was that I did not receive the promised call 30 minutes before the technician's arrival. I really appreciated that they pushed me into their schedule for next day service even though they didn't really have an open spot left.

Tom, the President of the company was quick to respond. Came to inspect for bed bugs and advised us on how to treat. He spent time with me on the phone to determine the extent of the problem. He was the only person that did this and was "not pushing for a sale." Will use this company in the future if needed.
