James is easy to communicate with, professional, prompt and did an excellent job patching ceiling drywall hole, matching texture and painting.

James was highly responsive and is highly skilled. He returned my first call promptly, gave me a bid based on photos I sent, and arrived on time. The quality of the work was first rate and he left my house in immaculate condition. I give James a 5+ star rating!!!

James did an excellent job in cleaning up the drywall patches & repainting several interior walls in my home after a major plumbing project! When we realized that the initial paint applied was not quite an exact match, he was willing to take the time to repaint everything & make it right. Furthermore, he clearly communicated his plans, he was on time each day, & he even provided some very useful tips on how to efficiently paint the inside of my home in the future. I plan to hire him again for several other projects in the future.

James beautifully cleaned up an unfinished paint job from an earlier contractor. The painting involved ceiling, walls, trim and windows, and now the area is back in a nicely finished state. James showed up on time to look at the work , we came to agreement price and I explained to him that the archway to the bath had to be perfect , on the first day he was 4 hrs late stayed 1.5 hrs he schedule to come again 4 days later .. he was a no show in the afternoon called and said he would be there the next day at . he showed up at 1:30pm again 1.5 hrs I was not happy with the work on the archway when I showed him the bumps and valleys in his work he too a paint can lid and scrapped it down to the plastic , he could have used sand paper and smoothed it out but left if worse because I didn't agree that the work was good. when he speckled he didn't mask off the trim or cover the bed and got it all over, which I had to have someone else clean up because I am disabled and was unable.. his reason for not being on the job on the appointed agreed time, he had something else to do and knew I wasn't busy the next day, so decided to just not show up.. when we discussed the quality of his work, he stated that he agreed to do a level 4 job , I stated to him that he was told what I expected done and what it should look like and I DON'T KNOW WHAT A LEVEL 4 IS , only if the work is done right and acceptable and why would I need to pay more $$ for him to do better work that he needed to take pride and do a good job. also that I don't know what levels of types of work are, because the average person doesn't know what each level looks like only if the job is acceptable to eye and can be painted after his job is complete .. It was not we settled at even a lower price than his bid because he then stated he wasn't coming back to finish and he didn't wish to clean up his mess he left ... he is young and has a lot to learn about respecting the client's view and vision to what is needed this job was clearly out of his skill level to complete and I regret hiring Pacific Home Interiors

Work was supposed to be guaranteed he never finished the job.

James did a marvelous job removing very old sheet rock from the ceiling of my bathroom. He replaced the sheetrock on time and within budget. Also he was able to smooth out rough areas of existing walls. James kept me informed throughout the project. I would definitely hire Pacific Home Interiors again.
