Very professional and received immediate response. Leonard was very professional and did a fantastic job. Cut down overgrown trees and fixed our leaking roof and removed damaged gutters . He quickly repaired and sealed our aluminum roof. .Also, Mr. Dennis Swart was very accommodating in working with me since I had a very limited budget. Mr. Swart and Leonard both checked the next day to make sure all repairs were satisfactory since there was a heavy rain the night before. Would definitely call them again whenever the need arises.

With a 35 year old flat roof that developed problematic ponding, we called on Richard Ramos and the crew at Pacific Island Construction. It was a big job and they had to create significant slope build up to eliminate the ponding situations. Probably the best way to describe it is that Richard and his crew worked our roof just like it was his own home! Leaking roof requires action now...this company responded and got the patch done quickly and efficiently. Richard was excellent to work with, and he discovered other roof issues that were done incorrectly when solar panels were installed. Now on the solar company to fix the problems.

Knowledgeable, experienced, professional and price very reasonable. Inspected roof, assessed damage, caulked cracks, re-attached and re-anchored flashing and vinyl to roof and wall, cleaned solar panels, ensured connections, cleared gutters, and offered to complete construction of roof apron around rear corner of the house. Would hire them again!
