We are so happy we worked with Pacific Pavingstone to do our pool deck. The process was smooth from start to finish. My project estimator, Ken Avner, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and had great suggestions which helped me keep my project within my budget. The installation team similarly was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. The pavers look great. I wish I had used Pacific Outdoor Living for everything in my project, they made everything run smoothly, on time and on budget, with no nickel and dime surprises and delays. I have already contacted them about additional work.

Mike the Job Coordinator was fantastic. The men on his crew were here promptly, polite, helpful, and did excellent work. They did a fairly significant front yard design and install in early April 2019. I liked the design and the cad 3D imaging on plans to make our understanding of the finished product much easier and we chose them over a less expensive firm. The guys on site worked VERY hard and completed the project including new drip system in 2 days.

Jorge the Job Coordinator was fantastic to make sure I was taken care of. The men on his crew were here promptly, polite, helpful, and did excellent work. They also built me a cubby for the trash bins which looks very nice. The driveway looks fantastic and I am super pleased with the way it turned out

We had a very slow start with a missing designer/representative but after new personnel in place project proceeded quickly and with complete satisfaction.

We hired them to landscape around our small manufactured guest house on our daughter's acre. After the first planting rabbits ate most of the small plants and some shrubs. They did a 2nd planting with plants that were supposedly rabbit resistant with no labor charge and I paid for the plants. They also replaced a few shrubs that had died for other reasons. Again rabbits ate the small plants. Then they planted 4 sample plants that supposedly rabbit did not like. This time after a month there was no sign of rabbits eating them. They asked me which ones I liked and I chose 3 of the 4. A few days later Victor returned with the 3 varieties of plants and did an excellent job of planting them. There was no charge for this 3rd planting. Lucas did the design work and Matthew was the director of landscape maintenance for the 3rd planting. I'm very pleased with final outcome.

POL did a fairly significant front and side yard design and install in early summer. I liked the design and took them over a less expensive firm. The guys on site worked VERY hard in hot weather. Middle management was AWOL for about a week, which is why, along with the high price, they are not 5 stars. Little issues, like lights and boring seeming plants, became big issues. But I have to give them credit: They worked hard to recover and learn what I needed, and their follow up has now been excellent. And the design from the designer is growing in very nicely, and he didn't make all the obvious plant choices, he worked at being creative. They started exactly on time. It took longer than they said, but I expected that, and it wasn't that much over.

Did a very professional job. The irrigation system, plantings, the work in general was all top-notch. Crew was very capable, did the work on time and exactly as promised. Can't really ask for anything more.

Arrived on time agreed upon. Some confusion on what we wanted. Once we were on the same page, work proceeded in a timely manner. Requests for changes were met without hesitations. Attention to pleasing the customer was paramount.

I highly recommend Pacific Outdoor Living for all types of landscape remodels. From the beginning to the end of the project it was a pleasure to work with the designer, supervisors and work crews. The design was just what I had imagined and perfectly executed. They installed irrigation, walkways, stone patio and new plantings. All work was done within budget and on time.

They paid attention to problems with drainage that no other company did, and fixed those issues as part of the scope of work without haggling. Very attentive, honest, and ethical. They clearly were ready to walk away from the job rather than compromise on safety and compliance with codes. Not the cheapest bid, but certainly delivered on all counts.

Very professional! John designed headed the project. Could not be happier I chose them! Excellent presentation, workers were great and I love what they did. Drip installation, landscaping, plants etc! Even now I noticed a few plants died (4 out of 70) but they are replacing them with no hassles. Very reputable! Recommended them to others and they already hired them and are also very pleased with their work.

Fabulous work. It took several days to go through the process. We wanted a patio and planters constructed of paving stones. The representative listened and presented many ideas. Directed us to their design center to see the materials and construction ideas in person. We are very happy with the results. They showed up on time and worked straight through for a week until it was done. The clean-up was amazing. The only downside is they they overestimated materials by approximately $500 and were a bit surprised that I instructed them to leave the excess stones behind. Other than that - great job. I would use again and highly recommend.

Pacific Pavingstone was very professional. They worked with me to create a wonderful driveway, patio and walk ways. From the salesperson, the office staff and scheduling department and the onsite supervisors and workers - they were all lovely people.

They were late in getting to the house, but they did a terrific job at the lowest price. I would highly recommend them.
