Trex deck ordered and installed by PPC. The Facia board installed under the Trex material was not wide enough, so the boards started curling about a year after it was installed. A crew came out and corrected the problem. Now having a fence removed and reinstalled by another company. They pointed out that the deck itself was not installed correctly as almost all the deck material is cracking on the edges. Was told by a crew member of PPC that Spencer had heard me say I wanted cheap. Sorry but do not feel $14000 for a deck is cheap especially to have it last less than 3 years with this many problems. Sad thing is I had funds I could have added to the project if needed. Feel communication was a big issue on my part and his.

I came across PPC through Home Advisor; the entire crew is great to work with and all are knowledgeable and respectful. Our original project was a small siding job but as soon as we saw how well they worked we kept adding other projects. Windows, paint and this week they are replacing our deck. We will call PCC for all our construction needs.

The scope of the work involved replacing a 33 yr old rotted wood fence, pouring a sidewalk between that fence and the house, and placing an awning over the top to keep things dry. In spite of torrential downpours, and a very difficult to deal with neighbor, the crew did a fantastic job and finished up exactly when they indicated. The work place was kept tidy and we were appraised of progress along the way. We were out of town for all but the first two days and came home to a beautiful project that we are very proud of. Spencer and his crew are great!

We came across PPC through Home Advisor; the whole crew is respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Our original project was to build a deck with railing but as soon as we saw how well they worked we kept adding other projects that were on our wish list and we were not disappointed. We communicated what we wanted and they took all of our ideas in consideration but also suggested other ideas based on their experience and that is always appreciated. In the end, we ended with a new deck with railings, fresh paint on our metal roof (not an easy task but these guys pulled it through), new outdoor tile pathway and exterior trim painting and our house has a fresh new look thanks to all those projects that they were able to accommodate in the original allocated time for the deck. I would also like to add that the crew works in a timely fashion every day and they are super tidy as they make sure to clean up every day before they leave.

They did a great job on our wall construction project, we are happy with the result.

Spencer and crew did bathroom and kitchen remodel for us and we are quite happy with the work. They are patient and easy to work with. We had to change the countertop install at last moment but Spencer was helpful and understanding . We definitely recommend them for any remodeling work .
