On time, quality work at the price we agreed...that is all anyone could ask for. In addition, this sixty year old tub had a recent full glass shower enclosure added to it that was not the typical style you might see. They worked around it seamlessly and the tub looks great! Thank you.

They came out on time, saw something that needed to be done on my part before they could proceed. They pleasantly informed me of what steps I would need to take rescheduled with a smile and with no extra charge. Great customer service.

Pacific Reglazing was a very friendly company that came to the house and did the project on site. We refinished a cast-iron pedestal tub and I was shocked at how quickly Eric was done. When he left, he even offered to come out and retouch the tub because we were going to move it after the glaze. Great service, awesome people.

They reglazed a shower they did 23 months ago. Their work has a 5 year warrenty. I do have a problem that no receipt from this reglazing was left. I do not have a warrenty for the work just completed.

I had a pleasant experience with Pacific and the technicians did a very nice job. I did have to call them back to put a non-skid surface on the shower and tub. The communication initially regarding this surface was non-existant and I was told that it was an additional cost. They did eventually come out at no additional cost, which was appropriate. Overall, I would recommend them because they solved my problem.

Erik did a great job resurfacing the bathtub. Wish I knew that you could detail the tiles surrounding the tub (w/o having to regrout.) And for a much cheaper $$ than the $300 quote. Oh well........ I like my new tub!.

I did not utilize the services of Pacific Reglazing. The gentleman from PR did call me the next day to discuss my project. He was very professional. If I have a project that requires reglazing, Pacific Reglazing will be my first call. Thanks for the referral.
