They came same day when another company left me hanging! Was extremely helpful and considerate! Very knowledgeable and taught me tips and helps for the future! Felt very comfortable eith him in our home! Genuinely cared about giving good service and felt the price was fair!

I was on a time crunch to get my carpets cleaned before moving out and Pacific Rim was able to come out the same weekend I called. Steven was super cool and worked with me and my odd shaped apartment to get the best deal. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for no b.s. just solid work done quick and efficiently.
