keep asking me to pay more than contract in advance. job is not completed, no one show up & no one answering the phones for last 5 months.

I had a back yard landscaping project completed by George and one of his crews. He was very responsive to my calls. He was also very responsive to all my needs in working out what I wanted and what would look good. We did a few disruptions along the way but George went above and beyond to fix them as quickly as possible. When there was a hold up on the sod, he ensured that the ground was covered so it would not become a red mud pit. He actually had to call his crew back on a Saturday to do this. The final job looks great and friends have commented on how nice it is. I am now working with George again on another project in our new house.

We have a long term, incremental project but are very impressed with George Fleming, the CEO/owner's responsiveness, service and knowledge. Will review again in future as project develops

George called me promptly and set up a appointment at my convenience. He came at the time of the appt and told me how much it cost. It was a lot more than I intended to spend and he explained to me why he has to charge so much. He was courteous and helpful.

Project took way longer to complete than what was originally agreed upon due to uncontrollable circumstances. But the final product is wonderful. We get nothing but great responses from family, friends, and anyone else that happens to visit. The yard/garden really extends the living space to the outdoors. George saw the potential from his first visit. We are really glad that we went with Pacific Rim and would highly recommend to all that want a beautiful yard. The yard is small but George and Keith used every trick they had to make it seem much larger. There are over 240 individual plants comprised of 62 varieties. Job well done!!

Very professional and the installation went great. A week after the install of sod and sprinklers, I noticed my old drip system quit working. They came out, discovered dirt in the line from the install, and cleared it all out. I'm very happy with everything.

Keith Conger and crew were wonderful. It is a delight to work with people who take pride in their work and are passionate about the service they provide. They assessed our yard and gave their input on what woud and wouldn't work. They were very open to suggestions. Our yard turned out way better than we expected. We are very satisfied. We would hire Pacific Rim again.
