Were on time. Completed the work in a very professional manner. Cleaned up the area when they finished. Very pleased with their service.

Very easy to work with - they provided an online quote in a timely manner, showed up and completed the work when they promised, and cleaned everything up at the end. No surprises or hidden/added costs. Won't be able to judge the gutters themselves until the rainy season this fall, but they look great! It was a pleasure to do business with them. In contrast, I had also called two other companies for quotes (SnoKing Contractors and Seattle Best Gutters) and they never showed! Or called to tell me they couldn't make the appointment! Pacific Star Gutters, on the other hand, was reliable and made the whole process easy. Highly recommended!

He was so customer freindly. Went straight to work,explained what he was doing as he did it. Treatment my home how he would treat his. He was respectful and took the extra care to do the job right. i was so impressed. Would most diffenently use them agin and am happy to share my experiance with others. On time,on budget in fact they put in a few more hangers than was on the quote due to possible snow weight.Cleaned up well and the installers found a drain pipe that was clogged and notified me.Rerouted a couple downspouts.Hauled the old gutters away.Nice clean corners looks great.The larger gutter was a good choice.I would use them again for sure..A+ all the way..
