I couldn't be happier with how I was treated by Dale, Devin, Elvis and Francisco of Pacific SunTechnologies IncTeam ... Dale was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me from the very first call. I had some difficult moments deciding which system to buy that I'm not sure any other Energy Consultant would have had the patience to deal with me on these issues and walk me through them as methodical and calm as he did. I wasn't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but both Dale and Devin who was in charge of site installation and city inspection processes was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he/they knew their career and had my best interests in mind. We don't think Pacific Sun technologies Inc could have a better Energy Consultants (Dale and Devin) and Installers (Elvis and Francisco) out there representing them.The contractors were very clean and left our place spotless when they were all finished. If your considering solar, look no further. Pacific Sun is your #1 choice.You will not be disappointed!!!

They have no customer service skills. They don't communicate. They don't listen. Do yourself a favor and pick a different solar vendor.

Dale was very fair at the price, Manny and Elvis were arrived earlier in the morning and did what they were sent to do that day. They were polite, cleaned up after there selves. all went smooth. would definitely recommend them.

Was worried bout the prodproduction of our solar system. Manny assured us it was working fine. It was probably due to the hot weather we have been having or the dust buildup. He did not try to sell us anything.

Tech volunteered to work Saturday of a three-day weekend so we would not have to go without hot water. Working alone, he installed our solar hot water heater and cleaned up in about four hours. He was a lifesaver!!!
